This is an incredibly spacious 2BR/1BA apartment with tons of natural light and storage space -- 5 closets, including a walk-in, and a separate pantry. The master bedroom is especially large -- we have a king-sized bed and it doesn't even come close to filling the room.

The apartment building (with elevator) is conveniently located on the same block as the 2/5 subway lines, which take you into both the east and west sides of Manhattan. Also 15 minutes walking distance to Prospect Park!

The unit is $2150/month, and we are looking for someone to sublet the apartment during the remainder of our lease (November 3, 2017-January 31, 2018). If you are interested, you are also welcome to sign a new lease.

This is also a great unit for friends looking to live together, as each bedroom is completely private from the other (they are on opposite ends of the apartment).
