Living room currently comfortably holds an 8.5 foot couch, exercise bike, large standing desk and desk chair, bookshelf, sideboard with TV. Bedroom easily accommodates queen size bed, two night stands, and dresser.

I have lived here since May 2024 and cannot more highly recommend this apartment, building, management, and neighborhood. The culture of Astoria is vibrant, delightful, family-oriented, and chock-full of some of the city's best food. Moving in with a friend into a two bedroom just 3 blocks away, and therefore breaking my lease 5 months early here.

Note: apologies for the swearing in the video, I was very excited about the cleaning lady who had just come. Apartment will be deep cleaned again prior to your move in!
