On June 1st (or slightly sooner, if needed) one bedroom in a two bedroom apartment will become available. I am leaving Brooklyn. My current roommate, with whom you would co-sign a new lease, is in her mid-thirties and works in finance. She is very clean, respectful, and quiet. She is seeking a female tenant to co-sign a lease beginning June 1st. The lease extends until September 30th 2015, with the option to resign.

The available bedroom has a large double window and a large closet. The apartment is on Conselyea, in the heart of Williamsburg, at the corner of Lorimer and Conselyea. It is across the street from the Brooklyn Star, about a thirty second walk from the Lorimer L/G train. If you work in Manhattan and are interested in living in Williamsburg, the commute is ideal.

The apartment has an open design kitchen and living room with plenty of light, cabinet space, and hardwood floors. There is a washer and dryer one floor down. It is rarely used and the experience is equivalent to having your own personal washer/dryer. The building management is exceptional, very responsive, clean, and professional. The area feels very safe and there are security cameras on the outside of the building.

The apartment is six blocks from McCarren Park. There are trendy bars, restaurants, and grocery stores on every surrounding block, as well as parking on the street.

The rent is $1,225 a month. Utilities (including cable, renter's insurance, etc.) usually come to about $150 a month, at most $190. Total per month with rent and utilities included would usually be somewhere between $1,375 and $1,425.
