The second bedroom will be locked off for my personal storage.

The unit is brand new -- building just started leasing in 2024, so I am the first to live in this unit.

Fully equipped kitchen with stainless stell attractive appliances and I have added a kitchen island, air fryer and microwave --- and since this is furnished a full set of kitchen necessities is including.

Leather couch, large coffee table, plants, works desk, and lamps are provided in the living room.

Master bedroom has a queen bed, mulitple dressers / nightstands, automated window shades, bedroom closet and full bathroom.

There is laundry, bike storage, outdoor terrace, roof deck, elevator, video intercom, and extensive security cameras throughout the building.

This is EXCELLENT for commuting into manhattan or to queens as the M train is less than 4 minutes away, L train less than 15 minutes away.

For the remote / virtual worker, it is quite lovely as the building is peaceful, the unit embraces the best of natural light, the furnished balconies offer a peaceful change of pace and the 3 block radius has multiple coffeeshops and workspaces.

Within 5 minutes walk is all the commerce of Knickerbocker avenue and withing 15 minutes is all the arts, culture, dining, nights out, and adventure of downtown bushwick.

I am bank executive who needs to be out of town for a couple months to spend time with fsmiky out of town and handle some work projects outside of New York.

There is a 2 month minimum to take the unit, but I can be flexibile if you want to extend beyond that.
