Additional fees
Applicants need to supply copies of the last six weeks of current and consecutive paystubs from their current place of employment. Paystubs must be downloaded directly from the employees' HR software system. Scanned or printed versions will not be accepted, nor will screen shots or partial images. Alternatively, applicant can also supply 6 months of current and consecutive bank statements demonstrating they have the required average monthly income. A combined income of $137K will qualify them for apartment home 5A.
