The app fee is $20 for
the leaseholder and $20 for the guarantor, if needed, which is nonrefundable. The supporting documents from the leaseholder and guarantor are asfollows:
• Copy of their government issued photo IDs
• Filled out and signed Authorization form to Release Records
• 2 most recent pays-tubs OR 2 most recent years of tax returns if self-employed (yearly
compensation or AGI must be 40X the monthly gross rent or 80X in case of a guarantor)
• Most recent complete bank statement from leaseholder and guarantor
