I have to move on short notice for a job and am looking for someone to take over my lease for a $1115/month room in a 4bed/2bath apartment with 3 lovely roommates in Bushwick/Ridgewood from September 1 - April 30, 2026 (earlier pro-rated mid-August move-in could be possible), after which there would be an opportunity to replace me on the lease.

Can’t beat the price and location!

Room details:
- ample natural light
- nice big closet
- great in-room A/C
- room will be unfurnished (could consider leaving furniture for new tenant’s use but TBD)

Apartment details:
- Roommates: 2 male/1 female in their 20’s and 30’s, mix of creatives and professionals, some work form home on certain days. All are quiet, clean, respectful and financially responsible, and looking for the same in a roommate. This room shares a bathroom with the female roommate.
- utilities have been $70-90/month.
- unit is on second floor
- updated kitchen/bathrooms
- laundry in building
- virtual doorman
- rooftop with views of Manhattan skyline

Location details:
- just 2 blocks from L train, M is also nearby
- quiet street but many bars, restaurants, cafes (Variety Coffee, Klom Klorn, Ops Pizza) nearby.

Additional details:
- Pets not preferred.
- To complete the process, you will need to be approved by management (submit pay stubs etc).
