Looking for someone to take over my lease for a room in a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in prime Williamsburg. New lease begins 9/1. *Open to leaving my bed and frame at a discounted price*

I'm sadly moving out after living in this beautiful apartment for 2 years. It's very bittersweet. My room is slightly bigger than the other 2, with high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows that are west facing. I'm really going to miss the daily sunsets😍 You would be living with two amazing roommates (details below as I have little social media presence).

Lease takeover starting Sept 1 - $2217 + utilities. Security deposit is one month’s rent. One-time $300 roommate change fee charged by our management.

Room/Apartment:
- The room has floor to ceiling windows. It's pretty unbeatable 🥹 Pictures show 2 different furniture arrangements with different sized beds (queen bed in video)
- There is no closet so under bed storage and a clothing rack is best for the space.
- The common area is fully furnished and decorated. You would just need to bring your own furniture for the bedroom.
- The living area and kitchen are super spacious with large windows and tons of natural light.
- Has dishwasher, central air, shared rooftop.
- Laundry is directly outside of the apartment unit’s front door.

Location:
- Just far enough removed to avoid the city noise and foot traffic, but a short walk away from all the shops and restaurants.
- 6 minute walk from the Bedford L train, 10 minute walk to the Lorimer G or Marcy Ave JMZ, centrally located to several bus lines
- Whole Foods and Trader Joe's are the closest grocery stores
- Great selection of nearby restaurants, cafes, and bars like L’Industrie Pizza, Ceremonia Bakeshop, Fish Cheeks, Birds of a Feather and more
- Within walking distance from Grind House, Equinox, F45, Solidcore and many more workout studios

About the roommates: We're 27F and 30F and have lived in NYC for a few years. Both work hybrid schedules and are very easygoing roommates. We enjoy spending time exploring the city and also relaxing at home. The living dynamic has always been friendly and respectful. We like to keep the space clean and occasionally host friends and guests.

No pets or male roommates, sorry!
