This spacious 2 bedroom apartment was gut renovated last year, and has updated kitchen appliances and an in-unit washer/dryer. The apartment has five large closets, as well as large windows in the living room and bedrooms. It receives a lot of light throughout the day. Since the apartment is on the 30th floor, it provides sweeping views of the Hudson River and Central Park, including from its private balcony. (We would be happy to leave all balcony furniture.)
The building has a gym on the ground floor and a 24 hour doorman, as well as a very responsive maintenance staff. The building is also pet-friendly.
We are planning to move out of this apartment in mid-August and are looking for someone to take over our lease (which runs through April 15, 2026, and is renewable) starting around September 19 (date negotiable).
The monthly rent for the apartment is $6,650.
