The apartment is a 4th floor walk up in small condo building with very nice neighbors. Quiet, safe area but also one block from the J train at Gates Avenue. This is a fairly new building - the apartment and appliances are in great condition.

The first floor has a larger (queen sized) bedroom, smaller (full sized) bedroom, living room, kitchen, laundry and full bathroom. The second floor, a large bedroom, 2nd full bathroom and the 600 sq foot patio.

There is plenty of street parking for those with cars.

This apartment is ideal for a couple or max two roommates (since the upstairs bedroom has no door). I’m open to adult pets that are trained.

Since this is direct from owner, I will ask for only security deposit and 1st months rent along with a signed sublease agreement and background/credit check and proof of employment.
