Hi future roommate! I have a mid-size bedroom for rent in my apartment in Astoria. Very nice layout. Rent is $824 per month with a security deposit of $1236 (a month and a half).

The room will be unfurnished. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished. The lease is month to month, and you can move in as soon as September 1, 2025.

You must love dogs to live here. I will be your roommate, and I have a sweet female dog who is 3 years old. She’s a mixed breed, but looks like a cross between a yellow lab and a pitbull. You can’t dislike dogs or be allergic to dogs if you want to live here! Her name is Clara and she loves people who are sweet to her.

About me: 38 years old, female, non smoker, don’t do drugs and almost never drink. I never bring the party home and I’m very respectful, kind, and clean. I expect a roommate who is the same. Mostly I work from home as a personal assistant, once in a while in-person.
