Hi everyone! My husband and I are looking to break our lease on our true, one-bedroom apartment in the West Village. We’ve lived here for over 3 years and absolutely love it, but we’re relocating and hoping to find someone great to take over.

Apartment Details:
- Monthly Rent: $4,450
- Lease runs through March 31, 2026, with option to renew (pending landlord approval)
- 4th floor in an elevator building
- Apartment is in back of the building so it is quiet
- Windows overlook trees and a peaceful courtyard
- Apartment has south and west-facing windows so it gets a lot of sunlight!
- This unit doesn’t come up for rent often — the previous tenants lived here for 5 years
- Unfurnished, but some furniture can stay if requested
- No laundry in the building, but there’s a great same-day wash-and-fold spot just down the block.
- Ample storage -XL closet in bedroom and two other closets (entry hall and vestibule area)
- Live in superintendent who is super kind and responsive!

I've included a floor plan for the apartment below ours, it is very similar but our unit does not have a dishwasher. This would be a lease re-assignment, so you’d need to be approved by the management company (standard qualifications apply — typically making 40x the rent and having good credit).
