Monthly Rent: $7,195

Lease runs through to March 26, 2026, with option to renew (pending landlord approval)

Additional fees

$20 application fee for the leaseholder and $20 for guarantor, if needed, which is non-refundable.

The supporting documents from the leaseholder and guarantor are as follows:
- Copy of government issued photo IDs
- Filled out and signed authorization form to release records
- 2 most recent pay-stubs or 2 most recent years of tax returns if self employed (yearly compensation or AGI must be 40x the monthly gross rent or 80x in case of a guarantor)
- Most recent complete bank statement from leaseholder and guarantor

If and once approved, assignor(s) & assignee(s) would be signing hard-copy assignment documents and returning them to us. If signing is occurring outside the leasing office, the documents/signatures must all be notarized.

One (1) month's rent is due from the assignee(s) at assignment signing which will be applied towards their first month.
