Street parking is free but can be difficult at night. A dedicated free parking spot is reserved for guests at a private lot around the corner, and additional spots can be arranged if needed. A guest permit provides free parking at the parking lot on the corner of the block.

You will have full private access to the first-floor space. There may be guests in the unit above with their own separate access. Quiet hours are after 9pm and no more than 14 guests are allowed on the property, strictly enforced. A $50 replacement fee per lost key will be assessed and a $25 fine will be charged if the parking pass is not returned at checkout. For the comfort and safety of all guests, refrain from touching or unplugging any electrical devices, as a $300 fee will be applied for violations. The remote key for the parking lot is on the table in the living room and must be returned to the same place after your stay, as a $500 fee will be charged for any unreturned or lost remotes.
