The apartment features a separate sleeping loft for extra privacy and a great layout that maximizes space. Fully furnished for your comfort, it includes a queen-size bed in the sleeping loft and a full-size bed in the main area downstairs, along with a desk and chair for work or relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a large refrigerator, stovetop, oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and all the utensils and cutlery you'll need to cook your favorite meals. The beautiful marble bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Essential amenities include fresh linens, towels, an iron, and a hairdryer for your convenience. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi keep you cool and connected, and laundry is made easy with an on-site washer/dryer in the basement.
Street parking is available and free. However, there is alternate side parking on most days, with different days for different streets around the neighborhood. Be sure to read all the posted signs to avoid any tickets.

Access to the loft is via a ladder, so ensure you're comfortable with this set-up. Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside or outside of the apartment, and a fine of $500.00 will be charged if this rule is violated. Pets are not allowed, and quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Check-out time is at 11:00 AM, and all dishes should be placed in the kitchen sink and all trash in the trashcans. You cannot receive mail at this address, so consider opening a PO Box.
