This is a walk-up building, and the apartment is on the 4th floor without an elevator. The apartment is not childproof and features a spiral staircase, making it unsuitable for children. Absolutely no smoking is allowed, and smoking inside or outside of the apartment will result in a fine of $500. Pets are not allowed. Luggage storage is not available, and guests are advised to use external services for luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. All guests must respect quiet hours ranging from 10 pm to 7 am. Check-out time is at 11:00 AM, and guests are responsible for leaving the apartment in good condition. Utilities are included unless otherwise noted, and internet service is provided with a wireless connection. Guests cannot receive mail at this address, and it is recommended to open a PO Box for mail services.
