I’m moving out at the end of August and looking for someone to take over my half of the lease in a beautiful 4Rooms, 2Beds apartment in Crown Heights. The lease ends November 30, with the option to renew.

Massive bedroom with space for a queen or king bed, couch, desk, dresser, and more (I currently have all of that and still have room!).

Private terrace directly accessible from the bedroom—perfect for gardening, hanging out, or working outside. Tons of natural light and a peaceful vibe.

🏡 The Apartment:

4Rooms total: Two large bedrooms (yours is one), plus a living room and a dining room/office.

Separate kitchen with plenty of counter space and a dishwasher. There’s also an in-unit washer and dryer.

Shared with one roommate (my friend), who may also move out at the end of the lease. If so, you’d get to help choose the next roommate.

📍 Location:

4 min walk to the 3/4 trains (Kingston Av station).

10 min walk to the 2/5 trains (President St station).

10 min to Nostrand Ave for restaurants, bars, and coffee shops.

Close to Daughter Café, a pizza spot, a pastry shop, bodegas, and a pharmacy.

Just a few blocks from a neighborhood park. Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Museum, the Botanic Garden, and Franklin Ave are also a 20–25 minute walk or a short train ride away.

Furnishings:
I’ll be selling some of my things, including a bed, AC unit, and desk—happy to chat if you're interested.

First month + one month deposit to move in.
