The reservation is accepted based on the number of guests mentioned in the request, and only these guests are allowed to stay in the apartment. Guests must respect quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am. The apartment must be used for vacation purposes only, with no commercial use. Check-out time is at 11:00 AM, and guests are responsible for leaving the apartment in good condition. A laptop computer is not included in the home office set-up.
