Modern apartment building in Hell's Kitchen. You will have the master bedroom with its own private bathroom. There is a large, shared kitchen and living room. There is also a dishwasher and in-unit washer/dryer. My roommate won't be moving in until at least mid-September, so you'll have a brand new master bedroom to yourself. There is no minimum stay, any time between August 1st and September 15th or so will work.
I'm in my early 20s and I work as a software engineer, so I'll be out of the apartment most days. I'm a clean person so I'm looking for someone who will treat the apartment the same way.
The bedroom will be unfurnished, so make sure you have a sleeping bag or mattress.
