Additional fees

Applicant will need to provide detailed paperwork and get approved by the owner. Once applicant is approved and a lease assignment form signed by all parties, applicant will take on all lease rights and obligations.

***IMPORTANT: The owner has withheld my deposit and would transfer it to whoever takes over the lease. I will therefore require payment of the full deposit amount, equivalent to one month’s rent: $3,658.

The following paperwork is required for lease assignment:
• Application
• $20 application fee
• Copy of ID
• Proof of income (either in two most recent paystubs, or tax form from 2024)
• Record of last six months’ rent payment.
• Landlord Reference letter
