I've lived in this apt for almost a year, and have loved it. I am only moving due to having to move further away. I'm looking for someone to take over my role by signing a new 12- or 18-month lease directly with the landlord. There is no application fee, and the security deposit is only one month's rent! To eliminate any broker's fee, I'll take over the showings and coordinating the process with potential tenants. The apartment will be cleaned before move-in to ensure it's in excellent condition.

It is a beautiful location by the way, 3 mins away from Hamilton Park (with two dog parks). Surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops and multiple supermarket within walking distance. Convenient access to the Holland Tunnel and public transportation.
