This is a small but newly renovated studio apartment on an exceptionally quite street in Greenpoint. There is a bedroom, small separate kitchen with electric stove, and bright, spacious bathroom.

The entire apartment was renovated just before I moved in three years ago: new wood floors, new appliances, new bathroom flooring and new tub. There is a large bay window with trees just outside and a church just across the street. I have set up a portable air conditioner which leaves the window unobstructed.

The location, just between Manhattan Avenue and McGuinness Boulevard, is idea for access to Queens (just across the Pulaski Bridge), Manhattan (via the nearby Midtown Tunnel), and of course all of Brooklyn to the south. It is an easy walking distance to Franklin Avenue, and to many excellent restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and coffee shops. There is city bike station directly across the street from the apartment.

I will be away from July 24 through August 25th and would like to sublet for all or most of that window. I would ask for a 700-dollar deposit to secure key and offer a 100-dollar refund for watering plants.
