The apartment features a smart TV with streaming services, high-speed WiFi, a refrigerator and freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, plates, glassware, utensils, coffee maker, and electric kettle. All beds come with premium mattresses and pillows, and the bathrooms are equipped with modern tiled baths, vanity, mirror, storage shelving, plush towels, and starter toiletries.
In-unit washer and dryer, air conditioning, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, dedicated work desk, and starter cleaning supplies are included. Additional cleaning can be arranged for $150.
Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs will be charged $50 per hour starting from 11:15 AM. This is a strict no-smoking home, and smoking will result in a $500 fine. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with potential fines from the city exceeding $1,000 per complaint. Parties are not permitted, and violating this rule will lead to immediate eviction by private security and the full cost of the booking will be forfeited. The minimum age to check in is 25 years old, and I.D. verification is required for all guests. Pets are not permitted without prior approval, and if approved, there is a $400 deep cleaning fee. The home accommodates a maximum of 2 guests per room and has exterior security cameras. Linens and bath towels are provided, but daily maid service is not included. Charges will apply for missing or damaged items.
