Property Details

Short-Term Fully Furnished Rental Apartment in Upper Manhattan Available August 26, 2025.

Charming and Bright 1 Bedroom Furnished Apartment in Pre-war Elevator Building located in Upper Manhattan in the Fort George and Hudson Heights neighborhood (and sandwiched in between the vibrant Washington Heights and Inwood area!). Also near beautiful Fort Tryon Park, the Metropolitan Museum Cloisters Garden and Castle, and the Hudson River.

Monthly Rent is $3,250 per month (which includes utilities).

(Great for Medical Students on Rotation at one of the many Hospitals nearby or for those who are new or transitioning into the New York City area and needing a temporary landing pad!)

Available for occupancy starting August 26, 2025 and for a minimum of 1 month to 3 months in length (some flexibility on timeframe is possible).

The apartment is interior-facing, however, it is on the top floor of the building and has amazing natural light given the many windows throughout.

Additional details include: ceilings over 9-feet high, two closets, bedroom dresser, a queen-sized semi-firm organic mattress with natural down comforter and cotton sheets, lovely hardwood light-colored plank floors, a full kitchen with new-like white GE appliances, a microwave, dishware, towels (kitchen and bath), and more. The bathroom is spacious and has a large bathtub while the showerhead emits good water pressure. Air conditioners are installed in the living room and bedroom.

This *clean* home has everything you need to be comfortable for the short-term.

The building is located right next to the local 1-Train Subway entrance and only a 4-minute walk to the 190th Street express A-Train Station. Either train will get you to Columbus Circles in less than 30 minutes.

This great neighborhood has endless grocery stores, amazing coffee shops, restaurants, and authentic NYC character. Unlike Central Park, the Heights' Fort Tryon Park is NYC's hidden gem and a beautiful place to escape to and get fresh air and nature. Lots of interesting history in the area too.

Verification of Renter's Identity and employment are required and first month's rental payment is owed upon agreement and key exchange. Security Deposit is also required (amount to be determined based on duration of stay).

A professional, individual person is preferred given the size of the home and respect to the building neighbors, however, couples/roommates will be considered.

Utilities: Heat, Water, and Wifi, Electricity, and Gas are included.

Laundry room is located in the clean basement of the building. Super lives on-site and is very helpful and kind. No smoking please and polite courtesy to the neighbors is a must. :-)

Please inquire for more details or information. Thank you!

Additional fees

Verification of employment and identification.

Other info

Fully furnished and NO brokerage fee. The ability to stay short or a longer term is possible.
