Hi, we're looking to sublet our 1 bedroom apartment in Stuytown for approximately 6 months from end of August / 1 September onwards, as we will be temporarily out of town.
The apartment is located on 1st Avenue, close to East Village, Gramery, a 10-minute walk to Union Square with subway, buses, grocery stores, and restaurants all within a short walking distance.
Apartment Features: generous living space with natural light; large bedroom that fits a king-size bed (and even an extra queen-size bed if needed!). Dishwasher in-unit; laundry facilities in the building.
Rent: $4,350/month, including electricity, gas, wifi.
Enjoy access to a wide range of community amenities and events (some at additional cost), including playgrounds and sports fields, an ice skating rink in the winter, a children’s playroom, a study lounge, a gym, and regular community events and activities.
We have not yet officially informed the landlord but the approval should be quick and easy based on past experience.

Other info

The unit is furnished and we would prefer to leave some furniture in the apartment. However, this is negotiable.
