Beyond having an in unit laundry, dishwasher, and ample space to fit a small offfice/desk area, you also have amenities such as fitness center(s), sauna, jacuzzi, yoga room, swimming pool and provided shuttle service to/from grove st and exchange place which are both about 15 min or less travel into the city!

The community provides in house events and a variety of food trucks visiting daily. Maintenance staff available through the week and garage parking available if needed.

Lease will be for 9 months ending in April 2026 and after, you’ll have the option to renew (option to do month to month or longer), transfer to another apartment, or leave. Amenities fee and trash are included in the rent. Utilities are not included but would be about $50.
