Great 2 bed / 2 bath in Porter Square! Great natural light, a private patio and parking. A 30 second walk to the Porter Square T stop and all that the neighborhood has to offer.

This has been a wonderful unit for me, my partner and our dog. The main living space has a kitchen connected to a large living area with enough room for a dining table, couch, desk and multiple bookshelves.
The kitchen doesn’t look huge, but feels massive. The peninsula is enormous, with tons of prep and counter space. The cabinets are large, deep and plentiful. I love cooking and baking, and I have tons of storage for all of my gear. I love love love cooking in this kitchen.

The first room is on the smaller side - we’re currently using it as an office / guest room, but definitely could be its own room. There is a small closet and a big window.
The first bathroom has a full size tub and shower.

The primary is very big. We have a queen bed, night stands, a dresser and dog stairs and there is still space in the room. A big closet with double sliding doors has good storage. And the en-suite bathroom is also a good size with a double vanity and standing shower.

The big selling point is the large outdoor space. There is a private patio with more than enough space for a large table, two big recliners, and some planter boxes. It faces southeast, so gets good sun exposure all day and especially in the morning.

Finally, you get in unit laundry, a garage parking spot and attached storage shed in an apartment building with an elevator and really wonderful neighbors.

We’re looking for someone to take over our lease (only because we were able to buy a place of our own!) which runs through Dec 31st, 2025. There is no brokers fee, as we’ll connect you directly to our landlord for the remainder of our lease terms. Our landlord will need to approve the lease takeover.
