· OR 2 most recent years of tax returns if self-employed
One (1) month’s rent, and additional security deposit if any, is due from the assignee(s) at assignment signing which will be applied towards the following month’s rent.
No security deposit if the assignee’s fico score is more than 700.

The assignee would have to cover renter's insurance, electricity, utility, and internet bills.
