Rent & Fees

The $1400/m rent includes the utilities and shared consumables like paper towels. There's a $300 deposit, and the furnished items total up to $935.

Address, Room, & Amenities

Our place is near the restaurant Maison Harlem @ W 127th St x St Nicholas Ave (DM for exact address--we exclude for privacy).
The room is 8x11ft and furnished (DM for pictures).
The amenities include an elevator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, great natural lighting, high ceilings, spacious closet, large fridge, and a live-in super.

Transportation

We're a 25m walk + subway ride to Midtown, 15m walk to Columbia's Morningside Campus, 20m subway ride to Columbia's Medical Campus, and a 25m walk to Riverside State Park. Plus, I'm selling my bike.

Responsiblities

Cleaning: We clean together every 3 weeks
Drinking: All good if it's not excessive
Guests: 1-2x/week works for us
Substances: None
Pets: None

About Us

We work in tech and are Engineering Masters students at Columbia University. We enjoy walks, sports, exploring the city, and like to talk about a range of topics. DM us for videos of the apartment and an in-person tour!
