Hello! We’re looking for a roommate July 1st interested in renting a room for $1300. The main room is the bedroom and there is shared use of an additional room that would make a great studio, den, and/or extra storage space.
Current roommates: Emily, 34 - high school special education teacher and Shay, 26 - legal assistant.
What we’re looking for: We’re hoping to find another (preferably female or non-binary) roommate to sign a year lease. A credit check is required and you need a minimum credit score of 700 or a (non 3rd party) guarantor.
