My wife and I are terminating our lease early and engaging with apartment management to go through a lease assignment process. We are looking for tenants to take over our 1 year lease at $4,400 per month.

Some facts about the unit: 807 square feet, with high ceilings. Rarely available corner unit with an unobstructed view of Queensboro bridge and the East River. Plenty of natural sunlight. 7th floor, right by the building's gym and laundry room (in our opinion, the most convenient floor and unit to live in, in the building!). Walk-in closet with plenty of storage space. Fastest elevators compared to other TFC buildings we've been on Center Blvd.

For some additional information, you will get free shuttle service from our apartment unit to the 7 train station (Vernon-Blvd) during rush hours and on weekends too. Our apartment building has grills and outdoor seatings in our private courtyard looking toward the Manhattan skyline. No amenity fees required. Our apartment building is located right behind the iconic Pepsi-cola sign on the water. Straight walk to Trader Joe's (10-ish minutes).

My wife and I are willing to sell all of our fairly new furniture as a bundle set at a reasonably cheap price, so you don't have to worry about buying furniture or moving all of your furniture into our unit by hiring movers.

Additional fees

You will have to apply in the same way as you would apply for an apartment listing by the TFC management. You will have to pay $20 for an application fee, credit check and etc. You can talk to the leasing office for their required documents. Very straightforward and nothing unusual.
