Moving and have three months remaining on my lease. Note, this is an affordable housing unit so the rent is well below market rate. The current StreetEasy price for this layout (A studios) is $4,000 and does not include utilities.
Unfortunately because this is affordable housing, I am not permitted to officially sublet and there is no opportunity for a lease transfer or renewal. Given this, prioritizing someone trustworthy.
My preference is to leave the apartment furnished. My lease at my new apartment starts July 1st, so I will need the morning of July 1st to move out my personal items.
