Gorgeous views, new finishes, full service building, quiet neighbors, perfect location... our last minute relocation is your gain! River and Statue of Liberty views from the dining room. This building is rent stabilized, meaning that the rental increases are capped by the rent control board. Also the security deposit is only $1000. Pets are allowed. There are many dogs in the building and a doggie daycare around the corner. Southwest exposure means we have never paid heat. High floor means we get a good cross breeze when the windows are open.

This building has such a great community. The neighbors on our floor are lovely families, couples, and a roommate situation. We've had BBQs on the roof and our kids play together. The maintenance staff are prompt for issues like fixing a clogged drain or changing the bathroom lightbulbs. The front desk staff are all fun and engaged.
