Our lease goes through January 30th 2026, and is $7,450 per month. We have an in-unit washer/dryer, a balcony, a huge living room, and incredible southern and western (river) views from the 36th floor. It’s a full service building with a playroom, gym, and conference room. We love it here and would stay forever if we could!
