This beautiful condo also features a large living/dining area, a well-equipped spacious kitchen, one bathroom (shower + tub), an abundance of closets, and large windows. This unit is on the fifth floor of a 10 story elevator building. Pet friendly!

There is a part-time doorman (8:00 am to midnight) and live-in superintendent. Paid laundry machines in the basement. Just steps from the Museum of Natural History, Central Park (very close to the Great Lawn and the Onassis Reservoir). Excellent transit (B, C MTA lines, several Citibike stations, M86 or M11 buses), lots of great restaurants, and furnished to be homey, cute, and convenient!

I'm constantly updating furniture and art in the space, so I am happy to do a FaceTime/other video call so you can see the space at its most up to date!

The building is dog friendly, but cats are not allowed at this time. Please let me know if you are traveling with a pet, including information about their breed, weight, and general demeanor so we can discuss!
