At that time, it was the 4th tallest building in the world, and it remained among the top ten tallest buildings in New York until 1970. years’ signed tax return (1040 pages suffice) OR last years’
W-2
• If starting a new job, provide a letter of employment
(dated within 30 days prior of the application) stating your
income.
• If self-employed, provide a letter from their accountant
stating your expected yearly income.
• We accept personal guarantors that are U.S. based with
income of 80x the monthly gross. Same income verification
documents stated above apply.
• Ask if we are able to proceed with an institutional
guarantor such as TheGuarantors, and Insurent.
