I'm moving out here due to moving in with my partner, so looking for someone respectful to enjoy the apartment for the remainder of my lease. I’ll be leaving the apartment mostly unfurnished, only a couch and rug - but I can arrange a full bed & mattress for a small fee if needed.

I've been living here for almost 5 years and loved every minute of it. The unit is facing south with big windows so it gets tons of sunlight. It's also facing back of the street so very quiet. The building staff are very friendly and keep the space nice and clean.

Apartment features:
- microwave and dishwasher
- Individually controlled heating and AC
- Building has doorman, laundry, gym, package room and cold storage
- Pet allowed

Rent is $3,350/month, including utilities. I normally pay $3,233 before utilities, so this just helps cover the full monthly cost while keeping things simple for you.

Location is great. Whole Foods is within 1 block and Trader Joe's is about 10 min walk. Close to most of the trains - C, E, A, 1, 2 are downstairs, within 10 min walk you can get to F, M, L, and Penn (Q, R, etc.). High Line and Madison Square Park are both a short walk away. West side highway is nearby too if you are into running like me.
