The lease itself is 1 year long, ends June 2026.

Water is included, but the tenant is responsible for electric, heat, and Wi-Fi.

The applicant needs to have a credit score of 700 or above and an annual income of 40x the rent.

The security deposit is one month’s rent. Again — NO BROKER FEE.
