- Closet rods and hanging unit for more space for shoes and hanging clothes
- We will be leaving you a bookshelf as well, should you choose to keep it
- Additional option to buy our couch from us… we will cut you a great deal on it should you want it

Depending on how much interest this unit gets, we may be willing to subsidize the price further to ensure we get out of the lease in the timeframe we want. So don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
Building will require 40x rent in annual income or a guarantor. The building will require a credit check as well when you get in touch to formally apply for the lease takeover.
Security deposit will be due when application is approved.
We love the building, and love how quiet it is (we sleep great here, never hear our neighbors). We are leaving the apartment because we took new jobs in another state.
