Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one-time $150 charge. If you want the pool heated during your stay, there is an additional $75 per night fee. The garage accommodates 2 cars and includes a Tesla/EV charger.

This property requires owner approval for all reservations and is subject to completion of a background check with a 72-hour minimum notice period after booking to confirm the reservation. There is a strict zero-tolerance excessive noise policy that, if violated, will result in immediate removal from the home. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, and violations will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000, as well as possible removal from the property. The wood-burning fireplaces within the home should not be used. Landscaping, pool company, and pest control maintain a regular schedule. Note that the wine fridge in the photos is inoperable.
High-speed Wi-Fi and dedicated workspaces are available, with multiple desks throughout the home. External monitors, a wireless mouse, and one keyboard are provided for your use. A laptop computer is not included.
