Property Details

The apartment is a fifth floor walkup with dishwasher, mailroom, large living room, and huge windows. My room has 2 large lofts for storage or to fit a bed atop. Room comes unfurnished but my bed + frame could be purchased (Barely used full size mattress, collapsible bed frame, desk and chair I have in storage which are not pictured). Communal areas are mostly furnished but there is def space for your own items. Neighbors are friendly, no package theft issues, etc etc.

The neighborhood (Yorkville) is quiet with lots of things to do, access to Q, 4/5/6, M96 crosstown and M15 bus. Good wine places, Irish bars, and restaurants within walking distance. Several laundromats nearby (including one on other side of the block) and a grocery store is across the street. Target and Whole Foods are a few blocks down. Park is also across the street. Street parking available and pretty easy to get; there are also a few decent parking garages nearby.

Roommate is a closet designer in her early 40s who is often working downtown and traveling. She likes to visit Spain and her hometown in CT.

Cost is 1550 + internet and ConEd (around $60/mo). Lease ends Oct 31. Must make 40 times your share of the rent and have good credit. Lease takeover begins June 1, but I can offer an earlier move-in in the last week of May if needed. Pets not preferred
