Tribeca is a popular filming location for movies and television shows. By the early 21st century, Tribeca became one of Manhattan's most fashionable and desirable neighborhoods, well known for its celebrity residents. Its streets teem with art galleries, boutique shops, restaurants, and bars.
The property is on the market for sale, and in-person tours may be required during your stay. Guests will be informed of 1 to 2 specific days and time blocks per week when tours may take place. Tours will be scheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Open houses might also be required, and in those cases, guests will be asked to vacate the property. The elevator will be under maintenance starting in mid-July and will be out of service for approximately 6 to 8 weeks. The oven and stove are currently inoperable, but hot plates are available for cooking. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by the housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
The apartment is remote work-friendly with high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace with an ergonomic chair.
