- this is the streeteasy view of the building and there's currently no studio listed. I believe my unit is the only available studio right now.
I am hoping to find someone to break my lease. My current lease ends in August 31st. And you can renew through the building after that. It's a rent-stabilized unit.
The criteria for taking lease is x45 income or the building will require a guarantor. (student can get a enrollment proof)

• Three most recent, consecutive paystubs

two most recent tax returns

schedule
• A complete copy of the most recent bank statement

Can extend rent after 8/30 with landlord (Rent stabilized). Free sofa (on video) and 2 gray drawers next to bed - I was going to throw them out. So you can take them if wanted. I can also put the prospective tenant in touch with the rental furniture company if wanted
