Apartment is fully furnished with a full bed, desk, living room tv, etc. Unit is on the third floor off the ground, trash chutes are on every floor and there is in-building laundry on the ground floor. 5 minute walk to 1 Av (L) and M14 & M15 SBS, 15 min walk to Union Square, 30 min walk to Washington Square.
