I'm looking for someone (preferably female) to lease takeover my beautiful 170 square foot room in a Murray Hill / Midtown East high-rise from *any time in June or July 2025 through the end of February 2026*. Move-in date is flexible and I’m happy to pro-rate or remove June rent.
