This is a wonderful room right around the corner from Union Square Park and the N/R/Q/W/4/5/6/L trains! The building staff is amazing with friendly doormen keeping it safe around the clock. It also includes a pool, sauna, hot tub, and gym with no additional cost. There’s a rooftop area overlooking the park as well. There’s a laundry room one floor below the apartment that is paid ($2.25 to wash and $2.00 to dry) with a special card you have to load cash into. The building has elevators and is completely accessible. We would share a bathroom, living room, and kitchen. The paperwork will seem intense due to our landlord being pretty specific, but after it’s all settled, she leaves us alone and I haven’t had any problems. I have loved living in this apartment and I’m eager to find someone who’ll be a great roommate and a good fit for me! I’m looking for someone for June 1-December 31.
