one bedroom in a two bedroom apt, nice bathroom/kitchen/appliances w w/d in unit and your own private bathroom, third floor walk up but it’s the top level so no noise from above (or even below for that matter) there’s rooftop access (although it says no use you still can get up there). Roommate has been there for two years and will be looking to resign in august, if you’re interested you can but absolutely no obligation outside of our arrangement. He’s friendly and social, not at the apt a ton.

Bedroom is cozy and super sunny, gorgeous sunrises every morning; currently has a queen bed, hanging/dresser rack, tall shoe rack and smaller skinny dresser and mounted tv, i can sublet it with the furniture l available or you can bring your own stuff.

Location is in Wburg, corner of montrose and graham 2 blocks from the L and catty corner from Win Won Bakery (thank me later), lots of coffee shops and parks nearby, overall very chill vibe with lots of young ppl walking around on the weekends. 15 min walk to water, 20 min to union square and 30-35 min to midtown.
