Looking for someone to take over my room in a sunny 2-bedroom apartment in Bed-Stuy starting June 1. This would be a sublet through the end of August, with the option to join the lease after that.

You’ll be living with my wonderful roommate Madeline, a 29-year-old queer dog trainer (she/her), plus her sweet 57 lb Staffordshire Terrier and a gentle 17-year-old cat. The apartment is cozy, creative, and peaceful — perfect for someone looking for a chill, homey vibe.

- The room has large south-facing windows, amazing sunlight all day.
- Mattress is included in sublet (but not the couch).
- Shared bathroom with a tub.
- 4th floor walk up.
- Small but functional kitchen with:
- Dishwasher

- Extendable cutting board for extra counter space
- Shared storage room with closet.
- Mud room with shoe rack & coat hangers.
- Located in a quiet 9-unit building with friendly neighbors (mostly late 20s to mid-30s artists & professionals).
- Thick walls = low noise, and the unit doesn’t face the street.
- Pets considered on a case-by-case basis.

Located 4 blocks from Herbert Von King Park in Bedstuy; tons of coffee shops, bars, and restaurants nearby.

Madeline is looking for a roommate who can collaborate to make the apartment a home. Here's what she's looking for, in her words:
