I’m looking to sublease my one bedroom apartment in north Greenpoint on India Street for around 4 months from End of May/Beginning of June to Mid/End of September. The Monthly Rent is $3400 with everything included. It comes fully furnished as shown in the pictures below. You’ll have your own workspace in case you want to work from home. The bedroom has two windows overlooking the street without any buildings facing it so you can get a good amount of sun exposure. The living room also has a skylight above which adds to the brightness of the apartment. Kitchen appliances are modern and a dishwasher is also included. The area is very quiet and peaceful which can be a good break from the business of the city.

The apartment is close to Manhattan Avenue and Franklin Street where you’ll have access to many bars, restaurants, and bakeries. The waterfront is also close by if you want to relax by the water. The subway station (G train) is located on the same street and it’s a 2 minute walk where you can easily transfer to the E or the 7 train. You can get to Manhattan in about 25 min. In case you’d prefer being outside in summer, you can take the Ferry which is located on the same street as well and you can take it to Manhattan.
