At one end of the apartment, facing the street is the living room. A lovely decorative fireplace is the focal point of this space. Off to the corner near the fireplace there is a wooden dining table with seating for 4 people. The plush couch makes this a cozy space to relax or watch the cable equipped TV. The couch can also open to a double sofa bed for guests. Windows with northern exposure facing the tree lined street fill the room with sunlight and a ceiling fan light fixture helps to move the fresh air around. The tiled open kitchen area has wood cabinets for storage. For preparing meals at your new home the kitchen is equipped with a toaster, microwave, oven, 4 burner stove, and refrigerator. As you make your way to the opposite end of the apartment where the bedroom is located you pass the elegantly tiled beige and white bathroom. The bathroom features a luxurious Jacuzzi tub and a separate fully tiled shower, a pedestal sink and toilet, as well as a mirror. A skylight adds more natural light to the space.
